Enrollment Process
Below are the steps to enroll at Hearthstone Primary Homeschool.
Enrollment is not automatic and is based on whether the program can safely and appropriately meet your child's needs.
1. Submit an Interest and Schedule Form
During the tour, we will walk through the learning space, discuss your child's needs, answer any questions you may have, review daily routines and expectations, and talk about tuition tiers
3. Trial Day or Intro Week
This step is optional, but highly recommended so your child can get comfortable with the environment, meet peers, experience the routine, and allow me to observe what level of support is needed.
4. Confirm Tuition Tier & Start Date
If all parties agree to move forward, review the Parent Handbook and complete the full enrollment packet
5. Pay the first month's tuition
Payment secures your child's spot and allows me to prepare materials and space.
6. Enrollment Confirmation
Once the trial is successful, the enrollment packet is completed, Tuition Tier is confirmed, first month's payment is received...your child's enrollment is officially confirmed!
